Accessibility
Last updated October 24, 2026
This site is for every fan. We want everyone to be able to hear the music, watch the videos, find a show and get in touch, however they browse.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites.
What we've done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline. The iPod on the Music page works with the arrow keys and Enter, as well as by dragging the wheel.
- Images have text descriptions for screen readers, and decorative images are hidden from them.
- Text and buttons meet color contrast standards.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations are switched off.
- Nothing plays sound until you press play or turn the sound on, and videos can be paused at any time.
- Pages use clear headings, labelled forms and plain error messages.
- We test the site on phones, tablets and computers, and with automated accessibility checks.
Known limits
- Some content comes from other services, like YouTube videos and Apple Music previews, and their players follow those companies' own accessibility standards.
- Links to ticket sellers, streaming services and our store take you to other sites we don't control.
Tell us
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need something in a different format, let us know through the form on our Contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll do our best to fix it.
